CORSICA GASTRONOMIA, is above all the history of a man, Charles Antona, who, once he returned to his native island, decided to share his passion for the gustatory richness of his island.
Since its creation in 1991, the company has become the leader on the market of Corsican specialties in delicatesse shops with the creation of a large range of jams, pâtés, cooked dishes, chutney, tapas… reflecting the scents of Corsica.
Certified ISO 22 000, and later on FSSC 22000, which, equal to l'IFS or BRC, combines the mutualized demands of distributors and industrials for the protection of the entire production chain from any ill will, as well as a larger traceability and security of its finished products.
Products that are the expression of its commitment and its will to produce in Corsica, with a maximum of local raw materials (whose quality is unanimously recognized and resulted in numerous partnerships with different actors from Corsican agriculture), and following traditional recipes (sometimes revisited) and know-how.
