From the heart of the Leon region of La Maragatería, we craft with great care exquisite artisan sheep and goat cheeses, following age-old recipes.
After four decades of perfecting our craft and selecting the finest sheep and goat milks from local farmers, we proudly present the range of cheeses and cheese creams from La Moldera.
In 1985, Pedro Quiñones, the founder of the dairy, conducted an in-depth field study of artisan cheeses from León and Castilla, recovering the star of our products: the handmade “Pata de Mulo” cheese following the traditional recipe.
Today, in the second generation, led by Daniel Quiñones, we continue the legacy of excellence, incorporating and developing new products, but always guided by traditional techniques and using top-quality raw materials.
