In 1930, Etienne Dongé founded the cheese dairy specialised in Brie de Meaux AOP and other raw milk cheeses. The cheese dairy is now being handed over to the third generation, Luc and Jean-Michel Dongé. The business has lost none of its passion, methods and convivial spirit, all of which ensure continuous improvements in product quality.
