Traditional Basque cheeses such as Ossau-Iraty PDO and Petit Agour, as well as numerous innovations (soft cheeses, sheep's crottins, etc.). They reflect our commitment to the Basque region, its cheese-making know-how and the preservation of local pastoralism.
Our Ossau-Iraty, for example, was runner-up to World Champion in 2018, and was twice voted best cheese in the world. Voted "Coup de coeur" at the 2024 show!
