HAUTE FROMAGERIE
Haute Fromagerie's mission is to promote the excellence of terroir cheeses throughout the world. In France, it markets several products ranges from its own production, adapted to the traditional B2B market under the name of "Le Comptoir du Fromage" .
Internationally, Haute Fromagerie offers a wide range of cheeses and a dedicated service via its export department based at Rungis.
Our cheese ranges :
- Papillon range (Roquefort Black, Bio and Révélation, Pérail, Rondin, Margalet, Galédou, Papillon Tomme) ;
- Berthaut range (Epoisses, Soumaintrain, Aisy cendré, Affidélice and Trou du Cru);
- Poitou Chèvre range (Chabichou, Crottin, Mothais sur feuille, Délice des Deux-Sèvres, Petit chèvre au romarin, P'tit Sainte-maure nature or ashy, ... ;
- Terroirs de France range (Ossau-iraty Esquirrou, Maroilles Nouvion, Domaine de Bresse, Montbriac, Cayrol, Montagnard des Vosges, Galet de la Loire...).
Two specific ranges are available for export :
- The « Spécialités de France » range: Maroilles Fauquet, Etorki, Saint Agur, Suprême des Ducs, Brie Révérend....
- The « Au Fromager de Rungis » range, with almost 500 references (many of which are outsourced) : Comté, Abondance, Morbier, Brillat-Savarin, PDO goats' cheeses...
