Lácteas Zamoro is a family business located in the North of Spain that produces artisan cured old sheep's cheese in a very traditional way. We are speciallized in an 11 months raw milk cured hared chesee with its own natural rid and flavour. Come and try our specialties of truffle and black garlic cheese.
