NEAL'S YARD DAIRY

Founded in 1979 in Central London (Covent Garden), Neal’s Yard Dairy selects and matures British and artisan cheese, from around forty producers. The cheese is matured in their maturing rooms in Bermondsey, south London before being sold in their own shops, as well as to other shops and restaurants in UK and around the world.
