Tradifoods is a company specializing for over twenty-five years in the export of cheeses, especially raw milk, artisanal from Portugal and Spain.
We offer raw sheep, goat and cow milk in an assortment of more than 40 cheese references. Some, notably those made from sheep's milk coagulated using the natural process of thistle flower, typical of Portugal and the Spanish region of Extremadura. Among the cheese references are the Serra da Estrela PDO (soft cheese with washed rind, made from raw milk from a local breed of high mountain sheep), the Manchego farmhouse PDO matured for more than 12 months and cheeses with cow's milk from the Atlantic islands of the Azores, matured for up to 3 years.
We are also presenting accompaniments for cheese platters, such as fruit paste (quince; fig); fruit confits (greengage plums and figs).
As new products, the just arrived fig paste in a 2Kg wooden box and a 180g one. Products always with only natural ingredients.
