Jasper Hill Farm is a family-owned company, located in the US in Northeastern Vermont, with a cropping center, dairy farm, two small creameries and a seven vault underground aging facility. We practice regenerative land management to provide our cows with nutritious forage during the grazing season and dry hay year round. The biodiversity we cultivate in our pastures drives complexity in our finished cheeses, especially those made with raw milk. Traditional methods - employed with modern tools - are used to transform our exceptional quality milk into award-winning cheese. Our cheeses are ripened at our Cellars at Jasper Hill, our 2000 square meter underground aging facility. It's our mission to support small, local dairy farming and our rural community by making truly exceptional cheese.
