Description :

Guffanti selects and refines the best traditional Italian and European cheeses from its foundation in 1876.
Guffanti manages more than two hundred varieties of Italian cheeses, several tens of cheeses from other countries selected and refined in their own special ripening caves carved into the ground. Fresh cheeses are selected through the same philosophy. The producers are periodically controlled by on  site audit procedures, and the cheeses are kept into cellars (2° C to 6° C), to maintain and grant the correct shelf life.
