Selecting and refining the best artisanal British cheeses (as well as European ones) is the mission of The Fine Cheese Co., an exhibitor at the 2024 Salon du Fromage et des Produits Laitiers.

The journey of The Fine Cheese Co. began in 1990 in Bath, England. Since then, the company's motto has remained the same: "Seek the best, and once found, keep seeking."

"We apply this motto to everything we do: finding respected partners to source from, visiting them and selecting what we will offer, making our crackers in our Artisan Biscuits bakery, and exclusively importing renowned brands from abroad," continues The Fine Cheese Co., whose mission is to preserve and promote traditional cheeses while supporting local producers who maintain ancestral know-how.

Export Advantage

Of course, British cheeses are at the heart of their offerings, with the West Country being a key region. Aware of the growing importance of the international market, The Fine Cheese Co. has also developed a robust logistical network to export its products to various countries around the world. "We currently serve our customers in Europe, North America, Asia, and the Middle East, and we are constantly expanding," notes The Fine Cheese Co., for whom export success relies on several pillars: quality, of course, but also service and logistics, with customs clearance procedures handled for entry into the European Union.
