Artisanal producer known for its raw milk PDO OSSAU-IRATY sheep's cheese, we also make a whole range of cheese from the Pyrenees, ranging from the classics (mixed tommes, cow, goat's cheese) to house specialities (sheep's milk greuilh, sheep's milk tomme Cœur de Piment d'Espelette, Capbourrut soft cheese with washed rind, organic tommes or sheep's milk yoghurts).
