Fromagerie Badoz is an independent family business based in Pontarlier, in the heart of the Jura massif. Since its creation in 1961, our master cheesemakers have perpetuated ancestral know-how while cultivating a taste for innovation. If the cheese factory is renowned for its Mont d'Or AOP and its Comté AOP, we also produce a wide range of characterful cheeses, such as our Morbier AOP, our Tomme du Jura, our Cancoillottes or our range of soft cheeses traditional. Reflecting the richness of their terroir, our products are regularly awarded prizes.
