For 35 years, Maison Peyrey has been sublimating and perpetuating seasonal fruits using a specific drying technique developed by its founder Marc Peyrey: half-cooked (or half-dried). We dry in our artisanal workshop located near Bergerac (Périgord) fruits from the best terroirs (Ente plums from Lot & Garonne, violet figs from Solliès, black cherries from Mont-Ventoux, grapes from Moissac, Mirabelle plums from Lorraine, tomatoes from South-West and South-East, etc.) in lasting partnership with exceptional producers.
Our range includes half-dried tomato petals with different recipes to enhance them (oils, herbs) and variations around our hald-dried tomatoes (spreads, vinegars, sauces, ketchup) and our half-dried fruits (plums, cherries, figs , mirabelle plums, grapes, etc.) with variations in fruit creams and vinegars. Our products are free of preservatives, colorings, additives and added sugars. Our flagship product is hald-dried tomato petals which can be found on the best tables in France and abroad.
Half of our products are marketed to delicatessens, cheese makers, charcutiers, caterers, and half to restaurateurs and hoteliers, with suitable packaging.
Our half-dried tomatoes and fruits go particularly well with cheeses, with very interesting pairings for everyone to discover.
