Description :

For over 150 years, Scourmont Abbey in Chimay (Belgium) has been producing Trappist beers and cheeses. The cheeses are made in Chimay from regional milk collected within a 40 km radius of the cheese dairy. As a "Trappist" cheese, Chimay is made under the supervision and responsibility of the monks, in the direct environment of the abbey, and most of the income goes to social causes.  

Our range includes the following cheeses:  Chimay à la bière, Grand Chimay, Le 1876, Le Poteaupré, Le Vieux Chimay, Grande Réserve, Le Gourmand (hot box) and seasonal cheeses such as Le Gourmet and Le Cendré de Scourmont. The entire range is made from pasteurised milk.
