When we tell you that the whole world of cheese comes to the show, we mean it! Among the 8,500 trade visitors to the 2024 show, 21% were international buyers from 60 countries! People come from far and wide to the show to discover the very best in European dairy products. The proof with Lisa Zografos, who has come from the United States to perfect the selection of cheeses on display in Whole Foods Market shops.
Any cheese and dairy professional who has been to the United States in search of good products (no small task...) is certain to have come across one of the shops belonging to this aesthetically pleasing upmarket chain, which offers a large number of products that cannot be found in the average American mall.
Founded in 1980, Whole Foods Market quickly became a success and now has almost 500 shops, mainly in the United States, but also in Canada and the United Kingdom.
The chain has a reputation to uphold, particularly in the field of dairy products. And for Lisa Zografos, the visit to the Cheese and Dairy Products Show is the perfect update: ‘This is the second time I've been to the show.
I think the selection is wonderful, because it's very different that what you would see in the United States".
Along the way, while browsing the stands at 2024, Lisa was even able to draw up a list of current trends: cheeses with pepper, in small formats, and croutes flavoured with wines and spirits. What will the trends be next year?
There's only one way to find out: come along to the Cheese and Dairy Products Show from 7 to 9 June 2026 at Paris Expo-Porte de Versailles!

"I particularly appreciates the product selection, which she finds remarkable and very different from what’s available in the United States."
