The Tomasoni Dairy is engaged in the production of high-quality dairy products since 1955.
The dairy is located in the Veneto region of Italy: we are specialized in the production of traditional Italian cheeses such as STRACCHINO, RICOTTA, SEMI HARD CHEESESE and SPREADEBLES.
These cheeses are made using traditional methods, ensuring authenticity and maintaining the highest standards of quality.
The dairy sources its milk from local farms, every day we transform 600 quintals of cow’s, goat’s and buffalo’s milk.
The animals are fed with  balanced diet to ensure the production of high-quality milk.
