Artisanal and family cheese factory located in Auvergne in the Allier department. We make raw milk goat cheeses. Milk collection is carried out locally, in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region. The cheese factory is located at the crossroads of several terroirs: the Bourbonnais bocage, the Bourbonnaise Mountain, the Auvergne volcanoes, the Livradois Forez and the Combrailles. Every day, our drivers crisscross our territory to collect raw goat's milk. The farms commit to a quality charter with the cheese factory. Transparency is at the heart of our collaboration, allowing all stakeholders to progress together. At Fromages Bach, each stage of production is guided by a deep respect for traditions, linked to our commitment to impeccable quality standards.
