Sapori dell' Antica Murgia - DONVITO, a company located in the heart of Puglia that in 1987 created DELIZIE DI RICOTTA, a line of products made from baked ricotta enriched by a wide range of delicious fragrances, sweet and savory: lemon, cocoa, lemon with chocolate chips, coffee, almond, blueberry, pear, pistachio etc.
Each piece is produced with fresh ricotta of the day made from buffalo milk and cow milk vacuum packed to safeguard the fragrance. The packaged product can be stored for 50 days from the date of production at a temperature not exceeding 4 °C, once opened it should be consumed within 4-5 days. To taste it optimally, it is recommended to remove the product from the refrigerator 4 hours before and serve at room temperature or heated in microwave or in oven.
