Our company was born through the vision of two women. Two women sharing the passion for food and the determination to get involved in a new venture, culminated in the decision to set up a dairy for the production of one the most precious Italian food excellences: Campania's Buffalo Mozzarella.
The Dairy has achieved its objectives thanks to the selected craftsmanship and consolidated management skills as well as to a growing passion for this product and has become a qualified supplier of top-notch retailers in Italy and abroad.
When we started the dairy production of Vallebianca products, we made a wager, certainly an ambitious one, that we would prevail just by believing in our project and expanding the necessary effort to meet our goals.
