The business was established in 1984 and continues to be a privately Irish-owned family business. Traditional Cheese Co is based in Dublin on the east coast of Ireland, close to the main Dublin Port. The company sources a variety of cheeses from Ireland and internationally, including hard and soft cheeses, blue cheeses, cheddars, and more. On site, Traditional Cheese Co can cut, wax and pack both private label and own brand products, as well as ageing and grading cheddars. During the holiday season in December, this company produces over a quarter of million unique cheese boards and hampers each year.
